Clear Lake Family Gets Thanksgiving Meal Through Craigslist Ad:
I’m man enough to admit that not everyone is evil on craigslist. Take for example Tanya Fehr of Clear Lake, Minnesota. She placed an ad on craigslist looking for a family that could not afford their own Thanksgiving dinner.
She did and she took the family shopping and bought all the trimmings so a mother of six could give her kids a nice Thanksgiving dinner.
“We’ve been in the position of having to go to food shelves and things are starting to turn around now and that’s our way of giving back,” says Fehr.
Now instead of picking apart every detail of this story just so you can have something to bitch about, this being the internet and all, how about just taking this story at face value for what it is, a nice little story about strangers helping strangers during the holidays.
