Aurora couple charged for offering sex via Craigslist:
22-year-old Jermel Pope and 33-year-old Mary Jefferson of Aurora, Illinois (party on Wayne) have been arrested on pandering charges. That’s pimping to the rest of us. It seems they helped a 17-year-old run away from Bagley, Wisconsin then pimped her out, among others, on craigslist.
The 17-year-old has been charged as adult with prostitution. I’m not sure I agree with that charge but the police must have their reasons.
